To place an order in our site, all you have to do is find the requested products in our site and click the "on-line purchase/add to basket" link or the corresponding image (a green "+" button).
The different steps of the order use a connection (SSL/HTTPS) secured by a VeriSign certificate.
1. Opening an Internet customer account

To order, you must create an Internet customer account (even if you already ordered PC SOFT products by standard means). It can be created when validating your order:
- Specify your e-mail address. This e-mail address must be valid: this address will be used to send information regarding your orders.
- Choose a password that will allow you to identify yourself.

Once the Internet customer account was created, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you;.

This account creation must be performed once only.

The PC SOFT products are professional software, PC SOFT only sells to companies, government agencies, freelance developers, consultants, and so on.
2. Saving and paying the order

Once the requested products have been added to the basket, all you have to do is save (or validate) the information required to process your order (personal details and delivery address).
The payment can be made on-line by bank card (secure payment via PayBox) , or by check or wire (cash allowed in our premises conditionally).
To validate the order, you must accept the General Sales Conditions.

Once your order was saved, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you. This e-mail contains the reference of your order.
3. Validating and processing the order

Each order is checked by our services.
If you did not choose the on-line payment by bank card, the validation of your order is effective when we actually receive your payment (check or wire).
4. The progress of the order

To get details regarding the progress of your order, contact us by e-mail (info@pcsoft.fr) or by phone (04 67 032 032) Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 18:00.
5. The shipping and delivery of the order

Once your order is shipped, an e-mail vous is sent to you. This e-mail containd (depending on the carrier) a link that allows you to follow the delivery of your order.
