» Sales Conditions 1. Prices The prices mentioned in the price list are without taxes, and can be modified without notice. The applicable VAT rate is 20% at the time this document is published. Except when stated otherwise, this is the price for purchasing a license. Special prices are available for universities, teaching establishments, training colleges (products used for teaching purpose only), as well as for volume purchases; please contact us about these. 2. Guaranty and Support For products labeled "No-risk trial": If you were not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it (in its original condition, postage paid, and with delivery confirmation -certified mail-) within 10 days of its reception, for a full refund (except shipping and handling charges, and return shipping charges if any). This "no-risk trial" guarantee only applies to initial, single-unit orders and not to special license, exchanges, upgrades and promotional offers. 3. Orders Orders must be placed by companies, administrations, economic interest groups, consultants, freelance developers, retailers, associations and equivalent bodies. All orders must specify a shipping address and an invoicing address. There is no minimum order. Purchase orders from administrations and large companies are accepted. 4. Payment Payment must be provided with the order. You have the ability to open an account with our company, but in all cases, the first order must be paid beforehand. Administrations and large companies: follow your usual purchasing process. Payment by bank card (VISA/MASTERCARD) is accepted (fax, mail or Internet). 5. Product delivery Except when stated otherwise, all paid orders received and processed before 4:00 PM are delivered within 24 hours, by carrier, anywhere in metropolitan France (from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays). Saturday delivery can be arranged upon request. C.O.D.: PC SOFT reserves the right to refuse C.O.D. orders. Delivery is made to the "reception" or "front desk" of the client company; the recipient is responsible for taking possession of the product within the client company. PC SOFT shall not be held accountable if the product is lost after being delivered to the client company. In case the product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you quickly in order to find a mutually agreeable solution and avoid any inconvenience to you. 6. Technical specifications In spite of the meticulous care taken in the publication of our documents, the technical specifications mentioned in our advertisements are for information purpose and are not contractual. 7. Ownership restriction and legal jurisdiction PC SOFT remains the owner of the shipped products until full payment of their purchase price. See the license agreement included with each product. In the event of a dispute, only the court in Montpellier, France will be considered competent. 8. The act of placing an order implies the acceptance of the above-mentioned general conditions.
