To place an order on our site, simply find the desired items and click the "Buy online / Add to cart" link or the corresponding "+" icon.
Every step in the order process is completed using a secure connection (SSL/HTTPS)
1. Opening an online customer accountTo place an order, you need to open an online customer account (even if you already are a PC SOFT customer). You can create this account during checkout:- Simply specify your email address. This must be a valid e-mail address. It will be used to send you information about your orders.
- Choose a password. You will need this password later to log in.
After creating a customer account, you will receive a confirmation email.
You only need to create an account once.
PC SOFT develops professional software. PC SOFT only sells to companies, public authorities, freelance developers, associations and similar entities.
2. Order registration and paymentOnce you have added the desired software products to your cart, you can simply register or confirm the details required to process your order. This includes contact details and a shipping address.
Payment can be made online by credit card (secure payment), by check or bank transfer (cash accepted in our offices, under certain conditions).
To validate the order, please accept the General terms and conditions.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been registered. This email contains the reference of your order.
3. Order validationEach order is verified by our order management team.
If you have chosen not to pay online, the order will be validated on receipt of your payment (check or bank transfer).
4. Order progress statusTo know the progress status your order, you can contact us by email at info@windev.com or by phone at +33 4 67 032 032, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM (Paris time), from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
5. Order shipping and deliveryYou will receive a notification email when your order is shipped. Depending on the carrier, this email contains a link allowing you to track the delivery status of your order.
